Effects[]
Dread Zombie allows the caster to reanimate a very powerful dead body for 60 seconds, after which the zombie's body will collapse into blue dust. This spell allows the Dragonborn to raise more powerful bodies than other necromancy spells such as Bandit Chiefs. It can be bought from Phinis Gestor upon reaching 65 in the skill Conjuration.

Trivia[]
- Using spells that raise the undead can trigger a response from the deceased when killed after raising them, from Forsworn to Vaermina priests. They on occasion will thank the player after killing them again or remark a sigh of relief (this does not apply when a decapitation scene is triggered).
