How do I verify the beneficiary on my policy?

The beneficiary information can be located on your original application within your policy. If you have made an update to your beneficiary since the time your policy was issued, please visit our Policyholder Portal or contact our service center at 888.513.8797 to verify the current beneficiary on file.

How do I request an inforce illustration?

Can I make online premium payments for my life insurance policy?

At this time we can't accept premium payments online. You can set up a monthly bank draft and have premiums withdrawn from your checking or savings account via the following methods:

  • Register and log in to our Policyholder Portal and browse to "My Service Requests."
  • Complete the "Pre-Authorized Check (PAC) Authorization" (ADMIN 5617) and mail or fax it to our service center.

If you're paying on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, please mail your payment back to the address indicated on your bill or at the address listed below.

If you need to submit a premium payment, you have the following options:

Is my policy information available online?

Yes. You can view your policy and submit service requests by registering for our Policyholder Portal.

To log in for the first time, you must have:

  • An active policy number
  • An active email account
  • Social security number or tax identification number (TIN)

If you do not have your policy number, you can contact our service center at 888.513.8797. Our customer care representatives are happy to walk you through the registration process.

How do I transfer funds between index crediting options on my annuity contract?

Our annuity products allow you to reallocate funds on your annuity 30 days prior to or up to 25 days after your policy anniversary. A letter and reallocation form will be mailed to you 30 days prior to your anniversary. Should you decide to change your allocations for the upcoming policy year, please complete the form provided and mail or fax it to our service center.

How do I cancel my term life insurance policy?

We're sorry to lose you as a customer but understand the need to cancel your coverage. Please draft a letter of instruction to cancel your policy. Include the policy number, cancellation effective date, signature, current date and then mail or fax it to our service center. The cancellation effective date cannot be more than 60 days in the future.
