Easy to use. Documentation made easy!
Pros
Its user friendly and allows for quick point of care actions. Documentation is easy, although it can be repetitive at times. The integration of lab work is excellent, and accessing patient profiles is quick.
Cons
The documentation process can be repetitive and time consuming with excessive button clicking. It is also easy to lose information if you accidentally navigate away from the screen. Despite these issues I still love it!

Electronic Health Records
Pros
I really like the simplicity of this platform. It is also simple "point and click" process once you have provided care. As someone who uses it from both the Admin and Clinical sides I am familiar with all its features. I've utilized PCC in various healthcare settings such as Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living.
Cons
I am not particularly happy with how PCC lacks seamless integration of information when transitioning patients from one setting, like SNF to another, such as Assisted Living. The Risk Management feature primarily focuses on resident falls and overlooks other condition changes like skin integrity. When reporting new skin issues in Risk Management, it asks the same questions as fall reports which can be quite inconvenient.
